Remedial Massage Therapist Lisa Wright has 15 years of experience working with people from all walks of life, from the elderly to newborn babies, pregnant women and athletes. With her motto being relax, repair and revive, her goal is to work with the clients and their individual needs and to help reclaim their sense of self and alleviate pain.

Depending on the client, Lisa varies and adjusts her style to ensure an individual’s needs are fulfilled.

Lower back pain, tight stressed shoulders, insomnia, or just a lovely deep relaxation to induce good vibes and euphoria. Each treatment is designed especially for your specific needs.

Deep tissue work with trigger point therapy and cupping is her specialty but is also experienced in sports massage. She is passionate about self-help and education; communicating with clients on methods to assist in physical and mental repair – teaching good rehabilitation stretches are a favourite!

In Lisa’s spare time, she loves to keep fit with working out and walking her 2 dogs. If she can get away her absolute passion is skiing, snowboarding and pretty much anything to do with the mountains. Talk to her about Japan and she won’t stop raving about it.
