Australian Mind Body Balance was born to help each client through qualified advice and education to successfully address a variety of acute and chronic musculoskeletal malfunctions.

OUR STORY

Amy Hawker, a long distance runner turned podiatrist and clinic director, used her experience and passion to acquire Australian Mind Body Balance in Ocean Grove in 2019.

Amy’s interest in body movement and structure was triggered by multiple sports related injuries and her vision was to bring leading edge Allied Health Services to The Bellarine. Together with the team, AMBB has grown into a unique, genuine and progressive health care model.

To bridge the gap between injury rehabilitation and the return to optimal performance, AMBB pilates studio was established as an inviting space for clients to access reformer pilates and ‘elite experience’ they deserve.
