We offer HICAPS facilities at all of our clinics for Private Health & Medicare instant rebate payments. We accept credit card (Visa & Mastercard). We do not normally offer credit on account payment. We are a cashless business.
Patients may be eligible for a rebate from Medicare under the Chronic Disease Management (CDM), however this must be in place and initiated by a GP before treatment commences.
For NDIS clients we currently can accommodate Self Managed and Planned Managed Clients at this stage.
We can take care of your payments if you are with Veteran Affairs clients and NDIS (planned managed). For TAC, Workcover, and NDIS (self-managed) we require upfront payment for you to then seek reimbursement.
Late Notice Policy
If you're unable to attend your appointment please call or email us. In order to create a momentum of healing and progress, it is optimal for us to follow our ideal progress plan. If you need to change an appointment, please allow us 12 hours notice so that we can arrange to care for another client during that time. It will also allow you to avoid the fee for missed or late notice changes to your appointment.
