MUMS AND BUBS PILATES IN OCEAN GROVE

Our Mums and Bubs Clinical Pilates classes are specially designed to help new mums regain strength, improve posture, and support their recovery after pregnancy. These sessions are held in our Ocean Grove studio and feature Reformer Pilates, a low-impact, highly effective workout that targets core stability, muscle toning, and overall body conditioning.
With the convenience of bringing your baby along, these sessions allow you to bond with your little one while focusing on your own fitness and recovery in a supportive environment.

Who is it for?
Mums with babies (3-12 months). No prior Pilates experience is necessary.Medical clearance is require from your obstetrician.
Equipment Used:
Reformer Pilates machines are used in all classes. These machines offer adjustable resistance, helping you control the intensity of each movement and progress safely at your own pace.
Qualified Instructors:
Our instructor- Jenaye Furlong is clinically trained as an Myotherapist and will provide modifications based on your recovery stage.
Small Group Sizes:
To ensure personalised attention, class sizes are kept small with only 3 participants, giving you one-on-one guidance and support.
Class Schedule and Bookings
• Classes run weekly: 12:00 on a Tuesday
• Duration: 45 minutes
• Babies are welcome, and all baby essentials (prams, carriers, etc.)
• Location: 82 The Avenue Ocean Grove 3226
• Cost: We offer casual drop-in rate and class packs. Private health can be used
What to Bring
• Comfortable workout clothes
• Water bottle
• Baby essentials (pram, carrier, toys, etc.)
• A towel or blanket for your baby to lie on
How To Book a Class?
You can join Clinical Pilates classes only once you have obtained medical clearance from your doctor or obstetrician at six-week check-up (both natural birth & caesarean).
You must also attend an initial pilates/clinical rehabilitation consult so that an appropriate program is designed for you and your body.
